The tour has been scheduled during one of the most rewarding times of the year for observing wild orchids in central Italy. Depending on seasonal conditions and flowering patterns, participants may encounter a remarkable diversity of orchid species throughout the journey.

Particularly noteworthy is the Simbruini Mountains area, which alone is home to approximately 60 wild orchid taxa, making it one of the most significant orchid-rich regions in central Italy.

The final itinerary, including complete organisational and logistical information as well as a detailed list of the services included, will be provided to participants upon confirmation of their booking.

Should any adjustments be necessary, the final participation fee will be communicated prior to booking confirmation and before the tour begins.

The participation fee does not include flights, transportation to and from the tour starting point, travel insurance, personal expenses, beverages, meals not expressly indicated in the programme, or any other services not specifically listed among those included.

To complete the reservation, participants will be required to pay the deposit according to the amount and payment instructions communicated by the tour operator via email.

For cancellations made on or before 31 December 2026, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.

For cancellations made between 1 January and 28 February 2027, 70% of the total participation fee will be refunded.

From 1 March 2027 onwards, no refunds will be available under any circumstances.
