After four days spent in the heart of Rome — amidst orchids, meetings, conferences, and botanical wonders — EOC Rome 2027 will take you just outside the Eternal City to the hills of the Castelli Romani for an unforgettable evening celebrating food, beauty, and conviviality.

The destination is Casale Baldetti, a historic estate nestled in the countryside at the foot of Frascati, approximately 30 kilometers from Rome’s Botanical Garden.

It is a place where history, nature, elegance, and hospitality come together in an atmosphere with a distinctly Italian character.

Casale Baldetti is situated within an ancient hamlet at the foot of Frascati, in the heart of the Castelli Romani — an area deeply connected to Rome for centuries.

The Alban Hills — with their volcanic origins, historic villages, villas, lakes, and countryside surrounding the Capital — have long been a favorite destination for Romans wishing to escape the city’s pace without actually leaving Rome.

It is precisely this blend of history, landscape, and culinary culture that makes the Castelli Romani the ideal setting for the Gala evening of EOC Rome 2027.

The interiors of Casale Baldetti tell a story of the past: the main hall dates back to the 15th century, yet one can journey even further back in time thanks to extraordinary Roman-era artifacts housed on the property. Complementing the building are outdoor spaces featuring gardens, fountains, and breathtaking views of the Eternal City.

The Gala Dinner offers a chance to discover one of Italy’s greatest pleasures: the dining experience.

Casale Baldetti’s culinary proposals are the result of a professional kitchen dedicated to quality and meticulous attention to detail, backed by extensive experience in hosting events and banquets.

While the evening’s menu will be announced soon, we can reveal that the dinner is designed to tell a story – through flavor – of a vital part of Italian identity: the spirit of conviviality, the pursuit of quality, and the joy of gathering around the table.

To welcome guests, a tasting experience will be set up across three stations in the Casale Baldetti park: a pizza station where the *Pizzaiolo* will work in plain view at a wood-fired oven; a *Norcino* corner (cured meat specialist) featuring local charcuterie; and a *Pastore* (shepherd) station offering traditional cheeses. It serves as an initial taste of the evening before guests even enter the dining hall.

Inside, the meal will unfold across two courses: two *primi* (first courses) followed by a *secondo* (main course). The evening will conclude with a spectacular array of desserts and, of course, classic espresso coffee.

To further enhance the experience, there will be a very special surprise for EOC Rome 2027 guests.

You won’t need to worry about a thing to get to Casale Baldetti.

A round-trip coach transfer service is included in the Gala Dinner price, departing from a meeting point in central Rome (location to be announced soon).

The journey to Frascati will take approximately 45 minutes.
