The European Orchid Conference & Show will take place in Rome, Italy, from 20 to 23 May 2027, in the beautiful Botanical Garden of Trastevere, Largo Cristina di Svezia 23.
EOC Rome 2027 is the European conference and exhibition-market dedicated to orchids, bringing together exhibitors, growers, researchers, and enthusiasts from all over Europe – and beyond. Visitors will be able to admire orchid displays, take part in workshops and lectures, and purchase products and plants of rare beauty.
The duration of the visit is subjective and will depend on each visitor’s personal level of interest. However, we recommend allowing several hours (for example, 3-4 hours) to fully enjoy all the exhibitions, the Botanical Garden’s permanent collections, and the events of interest.
Ticket purchase methods (online, in advance, and onsite) will be announced on the official EOC Rome 2027 website as soon as they will be available (https://www.eocroma2027.com). This information will also include prices, any pre-sales, and options for choosing the date of the visit.
No, it is not possible to change the date on the tickets. However, tickets may be transferred with no need to notify us any holder name’s change. The original ticket file must be showed; screenshots will not be accepted.

No re-entry to the Botanical Garden of Rome is allowed on the same day. Restrooms and food areas will be available inside the exhibition area.

Certainly. From Roma Trastevere station, you can take tram no. 8; alternatively, from Roma Termini station, you can take bus line H (get off at Piazza G. Belli, then continue on foot along Via della Lungaretta, Via della Scala, Via di Porta Settimiana, and Via Corsini).
There is no internal parking area for visitors. Paid parking is available along Lungotevere Farnesina, and there are also underground car parks near the Botanical Garden Museum: Gianicolo or via Giulia Parkings.
In Italy, most services and goods can be paid for by credit or debit card (and sometimes also via PayPal). However, for purchases during the event, it is advisable to bring some cash in advance, as some stands may not accept card payments.
