The EOC Rome 2027 program will include lectures and poster presentations dedicated to the world of orchids, exploring all aspects of the subject: botanical genera and species, hybrids, natural habitats, physiology, pathology, taxonomy, photography, history, cultivation techniques, and travel experiences in natural habitats.

Lecture proposals may have either a scientific or a popular-science approach.

Authors interested in participating must submit their materials by 11:59 PM on 15 January 2027 (Rome time, GMT+1). No further material will be accepted after this deadline.

Each lecture will have an indicative duration of approximately 35 minutes.

The EOC organisation reserves the right to accept or decline any submissions received, or to request partial amendments. In all cases, official communication will be sent to the first-named author.
All accepted texts will subsequently be published in the EOC Rome 2027 Congress Proceedings.
